Consultations are presently offered via telephone and recorded in mp3 format.
Every consultation begins with an in-depth examination of your chart related to your specific questions, as well as any pertinent details identified by Dr. Randy.
New clients will also receive a color copy of their birth chart.

To proceed with your session, we require your name, contact details, and birth data. The birth information needed includes your date, place, and time of birth. You will be able to provide this information through the booking process.
If you do not have the exact time of birth from official records, please refer to the ‘Your Consult‘ page for guidance.
The length of your session is determined by the services you have selected.
Typically, each consultation lasts between 60 to 75 minutes. We recommend that you allocate this time to avoid any interruptions.
Your content materials, including an mp3 recording and a pdf version of your birth chart (for first-time consultations), will be delivered to you within 24 hours.
First-Time Consultation
This service is selected by individuals seeking guidance on life transitions, relationships, health and wellness, as well as career and financial assessments (among other pertinent life matters). The consultation delves into the recent past, current circumstances, and the upcoming year to provide insight.
For business consultations, an invoice/receipt is provided for tax documentation purposes.

Subsequent Chart Updates
Following the initial chart consultation, subsequent visits will expand upon the themes discussed in the previous session. Your birth details are securely stored in our system, eliminating the need to provide them again. Once more, we explore the recent past, current circumstances, and future trends.
At times, it may be essential to pinpoint specific dates for obtaining necessary information. For instance, determining the optimal date(s) for investment involves a more intricate analysis. These sessions can be dedicated to such specific inquiries, or we can focus on broader issues during the consultation.

Chart Updates
Regular astrological chart updates are recommended every four to six months, with a minimum of one update annually.
Many clients opt for follow-up sessions to focus on specific emerging matters. In these subsequent consultations, various additional astrological techniques beyond the natal chart (as mentioned above) are available. These techniques offer further insights into concerns, questions, and relevant issues.
Observing the trends in your life can be truly captivating. Clients often realize that they can observe cyclic and predictable patterns, learning to harmonize with the information received. This allows the patterns to work in their favor, empowering them to navigate life’s ebbs and flows more effectively.
Payment
Services are payable in US dollars via credit card or PayPal. Payment for all services must be completed 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. We accept all major credit cards. Missed appointments will incur the full fee. Kindly provide 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling.
Clients are accountable for any long-distance telephone charges associated with consultations outside of North America. Skype is utilized for most global locations, and free long-distance service is available for clients in the US and Canada.

Kindly be advised: Your consultation is recorded in mp3 format, and the audio files/charts are exclusively transmitted via email using my large file service. You can conveniently download the file(s) to your computer or transfer them to your preferred listening device.
